It is understandable that many Christians fear or hesitate sharing their own experience of being a Christian, with others.
It is understandable that there are those, calling themselves Christian and really acting more like a heathen.
It is understandable that many who do share their testimony are being made fun of, ridiculed.
In the end, though, we as followers of Christ must count the cost of being silent.
By nature, we are taught to care only for number one, us.... which is in complete violation of the teachings of Christ.
Can we just for a moment, daily put ourselves into the shoes of the lost in spirit. The lost at heart and think about their consequence of being lost for eternity.
Lost for eternity: being placed in a lake of fire!! According to what the scriptures say.
Burning in hell for eternity. Let that sink into our hearts.
It is understandable that many do not want to get that picture of hell into their mind. But even if we are in the Kingdom of God, by accepting Jesus as our Lord and Savior.....we still are responsible for sharing our testimony. Sharing the love God has been showing us, daily. Sometimes hour by hour, minute by minute when going through hard times.
Will we just stop believing the lies that our testimony doesn't matter? Will we just stop believing the lies that others don't want nor need to hear what we have to say?
In the days of Jesus walking the earth, all one could rely on getting information, were the stories one told. There was no written Bible, yet. Although the Torah (Jewish writings about God) did exist, it was still by one person teaching and many listening that God was made known. As well as the stories told in families and circles of friends and neighbors.
It is understandable that our modern culture is shying away from talking to each other face to face (hence the electronic monster). But wouldn't that be the perfect plan of an enemy to divide us? Keep us away from the stories written in the Bible and the sharing of it?
Be brave, courageous and believe that someone's eternity can hinge on your testimony!!
Believe that your words matter! That your words can bring healing, deliverance, and life to a dead spirit and suffering soul. That your testimony is IMPORTANT.
Father, give us the conviction, boldness, and courage as Your children to share YOU with others. Help us to speak the words of Jesus to a hurting and a lost world. AMEN
Oh come, let us worship and bow down; Let us kneel before the Lord our Maker. For He is our God, And we are the people of His pasture, And the sheep of His hand. Today, if you will hear His voice: Ps.95 6-7

What a promise for protection this Psalm is giving us!
Psalm 64: 1 Hear my voice, O God, in my meditation;
Preserve my life from fear of the enemy.
2 Hide me from the secret plots of the wicked,
From the rebellion of the workers of iniquity,
3 Who sharpen their tongue like a sword,
And bend their bows to shoot their arrows—bitter words,
4 That they may shoot in secret at the blameless;
Suddenly they shoot at him and do not fear.
2 Hide me from the secret plots of the wicked,
From the rebellion of the workers of iniquity,
3 Who sharpen their tongue like a sword,
And bend their bows to shoot their arrows—bitter words,
4 That they may shoot in secret at the blameless;
Suddenly they shoot at him and do not fear.
5 They encourage themselves in an evil matter;
They talk of laying snares secretly;
They say, “Who will see them?”
6 They devise iniquities:
“We have perfected a shrewd scheme.”
Both the inward thought and the heart of man are deep.
They talk of laying snares secretly;
They say, “Who will see them?”
6 They devise iniquities:
“We have perfected a shrewd scheme.”
Both the inward thought and the heart of man are deep.
7 But God shall shoot at them with an arrow;
Suddenly they shall be wounded.
8 So He will make them stumble over their own tongue;
All who see them shall flee away.
9 All men shall fear,
And shall declare the work of God;
For they shall wisely consider His doing.
Suddenly they shall be wounded.
8 So He will make them stumble over their own tongue;
All who see them shall flee away.
9 All men shall fear,
And shall declare the work of God;
For they shall wisely consider His doing.
10 The righteous shall be glad in the Lord, and trust in Him.
And all the upright in heart shall glory.
I am coming to the conclusion, that this verse:
"Preserve my life from fear of the enemy."
is far more important than the removal of a problem itself. Of course, God wants to and does remove problems. But not having to fear an enemy is so much greater.
I am convinced that David was not afraid of Goliath. David "KNEW" God intimately and therefore fear was replaced by confidence.
When "KNOWING GOD" is mentioned in the Bible, it often has the same meaning as a husband knows his wife, in intimacy.
So, as we journey alongside God in this dangerous life, not having to fear an enemy is such a faith builder. And our faith pleases God.
Once again, we do not have because we don't ask? Ask God for this kind of fearless adventure with Him and you will be amazed how great our God really is.
Father, help us to be fearless, accomplishing our daily tasks set before us. To conquer the enemies in our life, so that You receive all the Glory. In Jesus' name. AMEN
Until next time, farewell and goodbye.
Please post your prayer requests.

He is speaking
I believe this is God speaking to someone:
2018 a year of excitement, adventure, and boldness in faith. Confidence to believe, walking in faith and peace.|
This may be the first time ever for someone to be happening, completely without borders. So embrace your new walk with God and fear NOT!!
We are in a season of new and it can be so exciting. Can be! But for some, it seems to be a scary time.
Without faith, we cannot please God and that is where our focus needs to be in a season of new/change. We have been given a measure of faith according to the Word of God and it is a gift to us. We need to exercise it as we exercise our muscles.
As we also read in scripture: Faith without action is dead. Therefore let us ask our Father in heaven what it is we can do to move on. We are not alone and we should not act alone. He, Jesus is: "The lamp unto our feet" and His light shines brightly. We are NOT missing our path when following His guiding light.
So let's step into this faith by the help of the Holy Spirit (by asking) and marching on....to higher grounds.
I would like to continue, seeing your prayer requests.... so keep them coming.
Until next time, farewell and goodbye. May the road you travel on be littered with blessings.
